Are you a passionate, detail-oriented aesthetician with a love for aesthetics and patient care? SkinPerfected is seeking a Skincare Specialist to join our collaborative, growth-minded team. In this role, you’ll provide advanced skincare treatments, guide patients through their personalized journeys, and support our mission of delivering safe, effective, and naturally beautiful results.

You’ll be the first step in many patients’ aesthetic journey, helping them look and feel their best
while building long-term relationships founded on trust, education, and authenticity.

What You’ll Do:

Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning

  • Conduct in-depth consultations, reviewing medical history and patient goals.
  • Create customized treatment plans and skincare routines. 
  • Ensure patients are rebooked to maintain optimal outcomes.
  • Manage recall lists and follow-up reminders for ongoing care.

Treatment Excellence

  • Perform medical-grade facials, teen facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, BBL/Moxi, SkinPen microneedling, Hydrafacials, and other advanced services.
  • Provide thorough pre-and post-care instructions and ensure patients feel fully supported.
  • Document all treatments and follow-ups in Nextech EMR.
  • Follow SOPs for treatment, follow-up calls/texts, and complication management.

Patient Care & Communication

  • Deliver compassionate, professional care that reflects SkinPerfected’s values of Authenticity, Passion, Excellence, Education, Patient Centered Care and Teamwork.
  • Begin each visit with a medical history/medication review and skincare routine update.
  • Ensure follow-ups are booked and results are reviewed with patients.
  • Escalate complications to the supervising APP or Medical Director as needed.

Teamwork & Clinic Flow

  • Assist APPs with rooming patients and support the front desk team when needed.
  • Help with phones, leads, and Podium messages as part of the patient journey.
  • Contribute to daily closing duties (cleaning, organizing, stocking).
  • Jump in to support teammates to keep clinic operations running smoothly.

Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Post 2 stories daily and at least 3 posts per week on social media (while ensuring patient care always comes first)
  • Contribute to newsletters, promotions, and community events.
  • Uphold SkinPerfected’s brand voice and professionalism in all content 

Professional Growth & Education

  • Attend ongoing training, webinars, and one annual conference (approved by Shannon).
  • Stay current on industry trends, skincare partner literature, and device protocols.
  • Share new knowledge with the team to raise the standard of care.

The Right Fit:

  • Licensed Aesthetician in good standing (laser certification a plus).
  • 2+ years’ experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medspa setting is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train the right applicant.
  • Passionate about medical aesthetics, skincare science, and patient education.
  • Tech savvy and able to navigate and document in an EMR.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to recommend products/treatments that genuinely benefit patients.
  • Confident, camera-friendly, and comfortable with social media.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Obsessed with delivering excellent results, building trust, and making patients feel valued.

This is a full-time position with base + benefits package: 

Base: Paid Bi Weekly
