A Glow Peel is a medium depth chemical peel that addresses;

• Fine lines & Wrinkles.

• Hyperpigmentation.

• Dull & dry skin.

• Texture & acne.

This is a great treatment with minimal down-time that truly gives the skin a glow and overall brightness! A series of 3 peels is recommended, spaced 3-4 weeks apart. This peel is great for leaving the skin ready for makeup and photos!

It is very important that you limit sun exposure 1 week pre AND post treatment as the skin will be more sensitive and susceptible to sunburn. Reapply your sunscreen throughout the day, every day to ensure no sun damage occurs. It is important to avoid working out for 24 hrs post treatment as any heat or sweat may reactivate the peel. Retinoids and other exfoliating acids need to be avoided for a week post-treatment. You may experience mild flaking or tightness 3-5 days post-treatment, so the use of gentle products during that time is always recommended.

Regenerative Microneedling is a form of microneedling with the use of PDGF on the face and neck. Microneedling creates micro-wounds in the skin that send signals to produce more collagen and elastin, which reside deep within the skin, giving us structure and bounce.

This treatment helps to:

• Reduce fine lines/wrinkles

• Improve texture/scarring

• Refine enlarged pores 

• Address unwanted pigmentation
  

A series of 3 treatments are recommended 3-4 weeks apart, and while you will see immediate results of brightening and firming, the full results take 3- 6 months to show while your body grows new collagen and elastin.

Similar to our Glow Peel, it is very important that you limit sun exposure 1 week pre AND post treatment. Avoid touching the skin for the first 24 hours, as well as no sweaty workouts/steam rooms/saunas, to ensure no infection of the micro-wounds occurs and to let the PDGF absorb. Wearing and reapplying sunscreen after that first 24 hours and beyond is key to avoiding sun damage and sunburn. It is also very important to avoid retinoids and other exfoliating acids for a week pre- and post-treatment. 

PDGF stands for Platelet-Derived Growth Factor, and it is a lab-created growth factor (aka a protein) that is bioidentical to our bodies, meaning our body will recognize this as we already produce this protein. PDGF is more effective than PRP, as PRP can be unpredictable and is based on numerous factors of your blood. PDGF is applied as a serum and then microneedled into the skin. This helps accelerate collagen growth and tissue regeneration, which helps to reduce downtime and gives us a more effective treatment. 

Combining these treatments is exceptionally effective at giving desired results with both the surface and deeper layers of the skin being addressed through cumulative improvement over time. We will start with a Glow Peel, followed by Regenerative Microneedling 3-4 weeks later–3-4 weeks after that– another Glow peel, and so on and so forth.

Results don’t just happen overnight; it takes time and dedication! Microneedling may take up to 6 months to see the full results, and chemical peels can end up taking longer than 3 treatments, depending on desired results.
