Our founding team is composed of dermatology expert providers and managers that have been active participants in the dermatology and aesthetic medical industry for over 20 years each. Collectively we have built trusting and loyal relationships with our patients all over the Chicagoland and surrounding areas, performed thousands of aesthetic procedures, been participants in advanced training for Dermatology residents, been an ACE trainer for Allergan, the makers of BOTOX Cosmetic, performed clinical trials for cosmetic devices, and consulted with Dermatology practices and medical spas on how to make their businesses centers of excellence in patient experience and results. Our team leads the aesthetic medical industry because of our passion, our dedication to science and education, and our commitment to our patient relationships.

Shannon Morrow, PA-C

If we haven’t met yet — I’d love to change that. I’m Shannon Morrow, a board-certified Physician Associate with over 22 years in Dermatology and Aesthetic medicine. I’ve been lucky enough to help thousands of amazing patients feel more confident in their own skin — and I’m so grateful to do what I love every single day.

My approach has always been about balance: the art and the science. I believe great results should look natural and feel authentic to you — never overdone. Whether you’re looking for subtle enhancements, age-prevention strategies, or a combination of treatments and skincare that truly works, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.

I’m proud to have trained under some of the best dermatology experts in Chicagoland and to have spent two decades working alongside top teams in Lincolnshire and La Grange. Over the years, I’ve developed a special interest in advanced injectables, lasers, and combination treatments — always focusing on safety, efficacy, and staying ahead of the latest techniques.

Today, I’m honored to be an AMI National Trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic® and Juvederm®. This is a really esteemed role that allows me to share my knowledge with other injectors across the country — teaching best practices and advanced techniques that help elevate the entire field.

In 2022, I opened SkinPerfected to create a space where luxury and science meet. Olivia Stewart, Assistant Medical Spa Manager & Skincare Specialist

Meet our Skin Care Specialist, Olivia Stewart, the sassy one. After years in Retail Makeup, Olivia transitioned into Dermatology in 2015 where she fell in love with the medical side of skin care for the long term benefits. After working for a Dermatologist in Chapel Hill, NC, Olivia moved to the Chicago Suburbs to be closer to her partner and family. Olivia realized she was more of a leader and provider and wasn’t thrilled to be in the background of treatments so she decided to practice more hands-on with patients. Olivia became a Licensed Aesthetician in 2022 and ventured right to a Dermatology office where she performed aesthetic and laser treatments. Olivia joined SkinPerfected in March of 2023 to transition her focus to the management and creative side while also performing treatments! Olivia is our Assistant Medical Spa Manager and also Marketing aficionado. We welcome Olivia to our team and are so excited for her new role at SkinPerfected!

Maddy Cannon, Skincare Specialist

With over 4 years in the aesthetic industry, Maddy is an exceptionally skilled Skin Specialist who believes there is always more to learn. Her approach to practice is to provide a pampering experience with curated treatment plans to meet each individual’s concerns. With her soothing touch and extensive product knowledge, Maddy ensures each patient leaves feeling their most confident, with the education and tools necessary to continue their aesthetic journey at home. When not providing treatments, Maddy enjoys whipping up delicious food & baked goods, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your skincare goals!

Todd Johnson, MD

Todd Johnson, MD, double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology serves as the Medical Director of SkinPerfected. Dr. Johnson studied at Miami University and clinically trained in both medical school and residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Johnson has been practicing in general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology since 2003 in the Chicagoland areas, and collaborating with associate dermatologists and advanced practice practitioners, nurses and estheticians to create a well-rounded plan for his patients. Dr. Johnson will be overseeing the scope of practice and collaborating with Shannon Morrow and team to develop a center of excellence in the Medical Spa arena, founded by core dermatologic providers who understand the science of skin and how to safely and effectively enhance your natural skin beauty.
